Obituary
Donna Rae Dailey
Donna Rae Dailey (Kopetka), age 52, of 630 18th Street, Washougal, died on Sunday, Jan. 27, at the University of Oregon Hospital in Portland.
She was born on Feb.19, 1932, in Page, Neb. She moved to this area 32 years ago from Nebraska. She worked as a nurse’s aide, but had not worked in the past two years because of illness.
She was a member of Lacamas Heights Baptist Church and Ocean Park Baptist Mission.
She is survived by three daughters, Ladona Nightingale of Eugene, Ore., Ruth Gove of Ocean Park, Wash., and Vicci Barrow of California; a son, Jay Kopetka of Washougal; two sisters, Virginia Fryberger and Jane Smith both of Washougal; a brother, Orville Dailey of San Antonio, Texas; and six grandchildren, John, Jayson, Matthew, Joshua, Karissa and Devann. There are also numerous nieces, nephews and in-laws.
Memorial services will be held on Thursday, Jan. 31, 2 p.m. at Straub’s Funeral Home.
Remembrances are suggested to the University of Oregon Health Sciences for Cancer Research.
