Ex-commissioner Fletcher Dead

 Former County Commissioner Robert Fletcher died at home in Fern Prairie Tuesday of paralysis at the age of 58 years.  He had been sick several months.  He was highly respected and his death created much surprise and regret.

 A wife and seven children survive him.
