Death Takes Vancouverite
Mrs.
Rose E. Flynn, 83, a resident of Vancouver for the past 21 years, died here Friday, a report stated this morning. She was a member of the Methodist Church at Mill Plain and of the
Townsend club No. 6 of Vancouver.
Surviving
her are three sons, Orion Flynn of Camas, Casey of Portland and Donald of
Portland, three daughters, Mrs. Jean Barbeau of Portland,
Mrs. Iva Potter of Berkeley, Calif., and Mrs. May Steinhauer
of Orchards; a sister, Mrs. Julia Able of St. Helens, Ore.; 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Mrs.
Flynn was born in Missouri July 3, 1862, the death notice states. Funeral services to be held tomorrow at 1:30 p.m. with the Rev. Daniel
Taylor officiating. Interment will be at
the Fern Prairie cemetery.

Mrs.
Jennie Barbeau, Cassie Flynn and Donald Flynn, of Portland and Mrs. May Steinheur of Sifton
called Saturday afternoon at J. P. McQueens while in the neighborhood to make
arrangements for the burial service of their mother, Mrs. Rose E. Flynn. The Flynn family were residents of this
community for several years before moving to Vancouver 21 years ago.
