ObituaryDorothy Harrison was born in Granbury, Texas on September 19, 1931 to George Victor Rash and Alta Powell.
Dorothy was an only child who lost her Mother at the age of 7 and was raised by
paternal aunts. She graduated from Beaumont Union High in 1948. On August 21, 1948 she wed
Richard L. Harrison. They were happily married for 60 years.
Dorothy was a Jehovah’s Witness. She had many Witness friends and she remained
faithful for her entire life.
Dorothy is survived by her husband Richard, her children Georgia Griffith,
Steven Harrison, Ann Miller, ten grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
She is loved dearly and will be greatly missed, until we meet again.
There will be a Celebration of Life Service for Dorothy on Wednesday, July 23rd
at Brown’s Funeral Home in Camas. Inurnment will be held at the Fern Prairie Cemetery in Camas.
Brown’s Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Camas has been entrusted with
arrangements.
