Funeral services for Barbara O. Howard were held July 2 at Stoller Memorial Chapel.  She died on June 28 in Camas at the age of 58.

 Rev. Thomas C. Jackson officiated at the services.  Burial was a Fern Prairie cemetery.

 She was born in Cherokee, Kansas, on Dec. 17, 1904, and had lived in this area one year.

 Survivors are a son, Jack Howard of Portland, three grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
