Bessie B. Johnson

 A funeral for Bessie B. Johnson, who died Saturday in a Gladstone care center of causes related to age, will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the Cochran & Waud Sunset Chapel in Gladstone.

 Mrs. Johnson, who was 86, was born Feb. 24, 1905, in Flat River, Mo.  She moved to Gladstone in the early 1960s.  Her maiden name was Davis.  She was homemaker.  Survivors include three daughters, Edna Finley of Gladstone, Thelma Robertson of Seaside and Norma Reed of Festus, Mo.; a son, Darrel Mabuce of Mammoth, Ariz.; 30 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.

 Private burial will be in Fern Prairie Cemetery in Camas, Wash.

 The family suggests that remembrances be contributions to the Oregon Division of the American Cancer Society.
