William Linder
A native of Camas, William A. Linder, 72, of 801 G St., Washougal, died Mon., at his home.
Services will be held Thurs., Dec. 17, at 11 a.m. at Straub’s Swank Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Burton Schroeder officiating. Interment will be in Fern Prairie Cemetery.
Born in Camas April 14, 1898, he had lived here all of his life and was a member of the 25-Year-Club. A retired machine tender, he had been employed at Crown Zellerbach for 48 ½ years.
He is survived by his wife Edrie; one stepson, Orville Wright, Portland; one brother, Walter Linder of Portland; and three sisters, Emma Ackley, Oregon City, Ore., Bertha Steudler, Portland, and Laura Butler, Tustin, Cal.
