Mrs. Ostenson Dies At Age 70
Mrs. Karen Ostenson, a Camas
resident since 1903, died Friday, Nov. 18, at the Mountain View Nursing Home in
Mrs. Ostenson was born May 1, 1885,
in
Funeral service was Tuesday, Nov.
22, at Stoller Memorial Chapel with the Rev. O. E. Luke officiating. James M. Brown with his guitar accompaniment
was soloist for Hold to God’s Unchanging Hands” and “How Beautiful Heaven Must
Be.”
Interment was in Fern Prairie cemetery.
Mrs. Ostenson is survived by three sons, Edgar, Clarence and John, all of Camas; three daughters, Mrs. Clara McQueen, Mrs. Mabel Pickett and Mrs. Mae Dickinson, all of Camas; and 11 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
