family and friends will miss him dearly.
He holds a special place in many hearts.
Carl William Polley of Vancouver, WA, passed away on May 18, 2011 at home. He was born in Evanston, IL on Dec. 4, 1930.
Carl served in the Marines as a trainer during the Korean War.
He made his living as a mechanic.
Carl’s hobbies included, hunting, tractors, vintage cars and trucks. He had a special fondness for animals and had many pets.
Carl is survived by his wife of 44 years, Judy, sister, Margaret Cannon; children, Arlene (Cecil) Rasmussen, Jim (Kim) Bartkowski, Jon Bartkowski, David Bartkowski, Nolan Bartkowski, Monique (Renaldo) Banks, Andreau Prevost (deceased), Judi (Mike) Nellis, Carla (Ken) Morgan; 14 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
