Obituary
Eddie Barton - 76
Eddie M. Barton of Portland Died Oct. 22 in Portland. He was 76.
He was born in Tildon, Neb., July 6, 1909, and raised in Camas. He lived in Camas for over 30 years. Surviving him are his wife Louise at home; sons, James Bartkowski of Estacada, Ore., and Michael Barton of Pittsburgh, Penn.; daughter, Susan Barton of Portland and brother, Albert Barton of Port Orchars, Wash. He was a member of the Mount Scott Church of God in Portland.
Funeral services were held Oct. 26 at the Fern Prairie Cemetery with Rev. Charles Tarr officiating. Burial was at the Fern Prairie Cemetery.
Evergreen Staples Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
