Mary Ellen Wakefield
Mary Wakefield, aged 70, died Thursday at the home of her son on the old Cavitt and Watzig ranch, nine miles north of Camas. Suffering from dilatation of the heart, she was brought from Idaho to Portland last summer for rest and treatment.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Byron J. Wakefield, Emmet, Idaho; C. Albert Wakefield, near Camas; Mrs. John Campbell, Spencer, Idaho; Mrs. F. O. Robbins, Humphrey, Idaho. Funeral services will be conducted by Rev. George W. Cooper, at the Fern Prairie church today, Friday, 2:00 p.m. Interment will be made in the Fern Prairie cemetery.
